Hope Support Services

Hope supports young people aged 5-25 when a loved one has a  serious illness such as cancer, MND, organ failure etc. We're available from the moment of diagnosis for however long we're needed, whatever the outcome for the patient. In Herefordshire we offer one-to-one support, as well as peer support in the form of youth sessions, small group work and activity days - whilst young people across the UK can access our national online support service.
