The flat has an open plan lounge and kitchen area, double bedroom and wet room. It is accessible to wheelchair users and hoists can be fitted if needed. The flat is in a property with three other flats, with a large communal garden.

The tenancy is suitable for someone who has a learning disability and may also have a physical disability. The team who provide support in this area have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, mental health, ABI and physical disabilites. Staff receive specialist training around the needs of the people they will be supporting.

The property is situated in beautiful surroundings in a small village on the outskirts of Hereford. Activities available in the local area include horse riding, bowling, walks in the countryside and music sessions. Hereford has lots of facilities including a cinema, libraries, a cathedral and gyms. There is a limited bus service into the city centre, however the location may be more suited to someone who prefers to use their own transport to access amenities.
