Herefordshire Mind are excited to invite parent carers to a new peer support group in Ross-on-Wye designed for families of young people experiencing anxiety, mental health challenges, EBSA (school attendance issues), Autism, ADHD, or other SEND-related difficulties.

This group offers:

  • > Peer support from lived experience – connect with others who truly understand.
  • > Support and understanding – share challenges, strategies, and successes.
  • > Practical guidance – navigate SEND systems and services with fellow parent carers.

Details:

  • When: Friday 3rd October, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
  •           Friday 10th October 6:30 - 8:30 pm
  •           Friday 17th October 6:30 - 8:30 pm 
  • Duration: 3 weeks
  • Where: Ross Baptist Church
  • Cost: FREE
