'MOVE IT OR LOSE IT' exercise class

An exercise class with a qualified well-being practitioner and a licensed exercise trainer. The aim of the exercise class is to empower older adults to live life to the full by fostering a community where health, vitality, staying active and connection thrive. 

At Age Well Together, Kath is a qualified well-being practitioner, and a licensed exercise trainer. Kath specialises in improving the health of older peoiple, with the use of colour work, meditation and other therapies. Currently, Kath is studying the pelvic floor and it's associated dysfunctions. The aim of the exercise class is to empower older adults to live life to the full by fostering a community where health, vitality, staying active and connection thrive.
