Mortimer Homecare Ltd provides home care services to adults in the local Leominster community, to enable / reable them to stay living independently at home for as long as possible.
Our role is to support and encourage individuals to achieve agreed and realistic objectives and our staff fully embrace enablement and help people to regain some of the skills they may have lost, due to poor health or impairment.
We have a broad range of services available to meet your needs, including:
- Personal care and support
- Social and community inclusion
- Respite care and carer breaks

- Transport and escort for appointments
- Assistive technology support and welfare checks
- Key holding and emergency contact
Our personal care services can be available on an ad hoc and ongoing basis, for adults who require care or support to live at home, and include assistance with eating, bathing / showering, going to the toilet, grooming, dressing, getting in and out of bed or just moving about the house.
We also offer a friendly day centre, where older adults can enjoy a day away from home with engaging activities, delicious locally sourced food and excellent care and support.
