Sunny Days Home Care is a fresh, new, bespoke service, whose main focus and emphasis is on tailoring a unique package of care for you or your loved one. You will receive outstanding care from the the same friendly, personable and cheerful carer each day.

The thought of you or your loved one receiving care is a big step and may feel very daunting. Sunny Days Care will take all your worries away.
A free, no obligation, face to face assessment and risk assessment will be completed in your own home, prior to any commencement of care. This will be completed by Angie, who will then work with you to build up a unique package of care.
You will have full choice and control over the care that you wish to be provided for you. The assessment will give you the opportunity to discuss your current needs and devise a plan that will be tailored just for you. Each of your care calls will then be completed by Angie.
Having the same person with you throughout your assessment and care, will really help to put your mind at ease.
Assessments can be completed, at a time to suit you, with your loved ones present.
As your needs change, they can be continually assessed and updated with immediate effect, so that you are never left waiting for any changes to take place.
