Mobile Care & Domestic Services Ltd was establised in 1998. We provide domiciliary care to people in their own homes. We have progressively become larger by providing the local Herefordshire Council / CCG and other businesses with care services. Mobile Care also provides care & Domestic services to the private sector, including Domestic Contracts to local businesses.

Our belief has always been to provide a personal service to Service users and staff respecting Diversity, service user and staff feedback, hard work, honestyand integrity.

We along with our staff must ensure at all times that they safeguard the dignity, individualtiy, independence and privacy of all service users who use Mobile care. Priority is to treat our Service users and their affairs with paramount importance using all of our policies and procedures as a reference whilst carrying out all duties required.

All of our staff must provide two satisfactory references, an enhanched DBS and produce evidence that they are eligible to work in the U.K.

All staff recieve all policies and procedures during their Induction period, they recieve an ID badge, a uniform and are trained to the Induction standard required by CQC before they start work. They recieve regular supervisions to ensure they are meeting all standards required by Mobile Care, Hereford council and CQC.

We have a robust assessment for all new clients and all information is gathered to ensure all staff have the correct information before any care starts. We believe in a Holistic Person centred approach for all of the clients that we look after.

We complete regular reviews, Q.A meetings and all interaction is recorded and kept on file. We abide by the GDPR
