CAP Debt Centre Ross-on-Wye
We are a charity that gives free help to anyone in debt. If you are feeling weighed down by debt, then we can help.
Who do we support
Our debt centre in Ross-on-Wye provides help to anyone over 18 years who lives in the HR9 postcode area, who have a fixed home address.
Whether you're unemployed or employed and whatever level of debt you're facing, we are here to help. The centre does not cover support for self-employed people.
Our service is flexible, so if you are not sure whether you'll be able to receive our help, give us a call, and we can let you know.
How to book an appointment
To book an appointment, or find out more, call our enquiries team on the freephone number 0800 3280006.
The line is open between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays. They’ll arrange an initial appointment with a CAP Debt Coach from your local area.
Our specially trained enquiries team will be able to signpost you to local services if it is not debt support that you require.
How do we support
Your CAP Debt Coach will be in touch to confirm your first appointment, which will introduce you to CAP and what to expect. Your second appointment will be a fact finding meeting, to look at your income and expenditure. Your debt coach will work out a budget and the best route out of debt for you.
We usually carry out home visits, however due to Coronavirus, we are currently providing our appointments over the phone.
You may think your situation is impossible, but there is hope. Our friendly team will give you a listening ear and provide a real solution to your debts.
