Diabetic Eye Screening Programme

If you have diabetes and you're aged 12 or over, you will be invited to attend an eye screening appointment.
Diabetic eye screening is a test that looks for an eye condition called diabetic retinopathy that can be caused by diabetes.
If you have Diabetes and have not had a screening in 2 years please call 01905 896333 to book your screening appointment.
