Dance: Clear Space Moving Meditation

In essence this is an opportunity to connect to the breath, go inside, have a gentle conversation with your body/mind/soul. This is a kindness practice using a method called EAD; a heart-centred meditation, where you get to move, stretch, dance, shake in your own space. No one will be watching you. No need to be 'able' to dance. No particular fitness level needed. You can even come and make yourself a little nest and curl up in a corner if that is what your body needs you to do. The let go at the end is facilitated by an amazing crystal singing bowl sound bath to give you time to drop into deep relaxation.

This is, hands down, the easiest and most direct way I have ever found to clear out my busy head and find a way to listen to my body and my inner guidance system. I get to move as much or as little as I need to. No-one shows me what I'm getting 'wrong'. There is nothing to get right. It really is the time when I can close my eyes and do the inner work I need to do, or maybe I am tired and I curl up and rest. And sometimes, I just have one of those amazing moments when the music just hits that spot and I am actually just really happy. In that moment or two, I get to access a feeling of absolute joy and I think that is a great gift in my busy day to day life.
