Yoga for Health and Wellbeing
Yoga for Health and Wellbeing CIC offers a 10 week course designed to support adults with mild to moderate physical and mental health challenges - ranging from stress, anxiety and low mood to chronic pain, cardiovascular risk, diabetes prevention tool for patients who may be at risk of social isolation or struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This is a gentle, accessible and inclusive yoga course. All adults are welcome as we use both chair yoga and mat yoga in the same class. Each class is 2 hours and includes physical yoga, mindfulness and relaxtion, breathing and discussion. There is no prior experience needed.
Participants can self refer or be sign posted by their GP or health professional. They should visit www.julietgallagheryoga.co.uk to secure their space for £60. Max of 20 people per course. An induction form and information will be sent to each person prior to the course starting.
