Herefordshire Board Gamers

Herefordshire Board Gamers invites you to our regular in-person and online events, all free, inclusive and welcoming.
We meet on the first Thursday of the month at 6.30pm, and the third Sunday of the month at 3pm at the Herdsman in Hereford. We meet online as well, currently on the second Thursday of the month at 6.30pm and the fourth Sunday of the month at 3pm.
We mostly play modern games like Codenames, Just One, Wingspan and One Night Werewolf, but all games are welcome and they can help you find like-minded players. We also role play games like Dungeons and Dragons and often do video games, quizzes, exercises, meditation and socials.
We have a friendly and active community on Facebook and Discord and everyone is welcome, with no experience necessary. We’re confident that you’ll find the right game for you and we’ll teach and support you both with the games and any technical issues. Online doesn't require any paid for software.
We have a free lending library of 350 games, 50 jigsaw puzzles and more so you can run your own games or social night or try new games.
There’s lots of information and guides on our website, including a guide on how to join Discord, and you can also keep up to date with all our gaming news on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.
About Herefordshire Board Gamers
Herefordshire Board Gamers are a gaming and fundraising community which offers a free lending library of over 350 games. We love giving back to the community which is why we have raised £14,000 in just 6 years. Half of this was raised during the pandemic when we went from two events a month to running events more days than not! We branched out into quizzes, exercise, role play games and socials, working hard to keep our community safe and healthy. Together, we even did 9000 km of communal exercise in a year!
