Healthwatch is an independent organisation working in Herefordshire to gather the views of the public about your experiences of Health & Social Care Services.
 
We use your views to influence the people who provide and plan services in our county, in order to make them better.
 
We provide information and advice to children and adults about Health & Social Care Service issues you may have.
 
You can get involved in the work that we do for the people of Herefordshire.
 
We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
