The website is designed to empower you to look after your own mental and emotional health and to share the power of deep relaxation. There is a range of resources available from video based courses, to audio download files including the 7 Day Calming Down Challenge which takes just 5 mins per day.

The website is available to people aged 18 and over.
It is open to everyone, however for some of the longer courses you are advised to talk to your doctor or therapist before starting if you have a serious mental health condition (see FAQ page for more details).
