Home From Hospital Home Care Package

Helping you recover safely and securely in your own home after returning from hospital is the aim of Taking Care’s Home from Hospital care service.


The service consists of a 24/7 personal alarm service with pendant alarm, medical helplines and a regular wellbeing call. The service can normally be arranged within days so there is no delay in arranging support when returning home from hospital. Pressing the button on your alarm will quickly call our monitoring centre. You can be confident that you can get help 24 hours a day from our UK monitoring centre should you feel unwell, have a fall or if there is another emergency.


Our medical helplines provide telephone access to nurses and pharmacists and the service also includes regular wellbeing calls to make sure you are settling back home OK.

Prices are £70 set up fee and £20.99 per month.
