Hereford Community Farm

Hereford Community Farm provides opportunities for engagement in inclusive, meaningful activities and skills development through a programme of accessible land-based activities including Animal Care, Therapeutic Horticulture, Equine Assisted Learning, Cookery and Life Skills, Arts and Crafts, Eco Carpentry and Upcycling, Green Woodwork and Environmental Projects.

 

We work with people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in an enabling approach providing a bespoke service that facilitates people to reach their goals and achieve their potential. We offer Day Opportunities Placements, Alternative Provision, Family Days and Community Programmes and are operational Monday – Friday 9.30am – 3pm.

 

If you or someone you support is interested in attending the farm and want to find out more, please get in touch. We are also happy to arrange visits to the farm (by appointment) so that you can see first hand what is on offer and to discuss your requirements.
