Refresh your driving skills with a two hour practical driving refresher in the comfort of your own car.
Available to all Herefordshire residents aged 70 years or over.
In our rural county getting around by car is often a lifeline to stay connected and active and sociable. An approved driving instructor will accompany you on a drive of your choice to help with areas of concern, a particular journey into the city for a hospital appointment or a drive to your local town for shopping for example. Perhaps you find yourself needing to drive due to a change in your circumstances but would appreciate an update on changes to the highway code, in-car technology and new road layouts. Easy to book, dates and times for sessions to suit you and use your own familiar car, with a friendly patient instructor. No test is included and this session is not a medical assessment to drive.
