The Adhd Support Group Herefordshire (TAS CIC)
TAS is an ADHD support group based in Hereford. It runs a face to face group on the last saturday of every month (Rotherwas), which is FREE to attend and includes free refreshments. You do not have to be diagnosed with ADHD to attend. The group aims to rewrite the misconceptions around ADHD, to raise awareness and offers empowering tools and strategies to those who might be struggling with the characteristics of ADHD/Audhd.
People wishing to attendgroup simply need to text the TAS number and book their space. All details will then be sent to them. We are unable to accomodate children on site. Those attending group are welcome to bring a friend oartner.
TAS also offers training for workplaces and schools and has two online groups offering community support, as well as a phoneline in which to get basic support and signposting.
