Herefordshire and Worcestershire Wellbeing and Recovery College
Our aim is to increase awareness and understanding of recovery, self-management and preventing ill-health, while breaking down the stigmas that can impact on our health and wellbeing.
We offer a wide range of FREE and LOW-COST courses and workshops designed to take each individual on a journey, however short or long, to find not only new skills, but the knowledge and understanding of how to manage your mental health, wellbeing and recovery.
We are a partnership: Stronger by working together
Who we are: Community First was selected as the lead delivery organisation to bring together NHS, local authority and Voluntary Sector organisations, with Experts by Experience for the delivery of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Wellbeing and Recovery College.
Courses and workshops at the college have been developed by both experts by profession and people with lived experience.
When you register with us (please do this by visiting our register page), we will provide you with the opportunity to discover knowledge and skills to become the expert in managing your own mental health and wellbeing.
Evidence tells us that by coming together and learning more about health and wellbeing we can make the most of our strengths, talents and resources.
