Herefordshire and Worcestershire Wellbeing and Recovery College

Our aim is to give people the tools, skills and understanding that they need to drive forward their own wellbeing and recovery journey, whilst breaking down the stigmas relating to mental health. Mental illness can affect us all and we want you to feel this college is for you, whether things have been running smoothly lately or whether the road has been a bumpy one for you.

We offer a wide range of courses and workshops designed to take each individual on a journey, however short or long, to find not only new skills, but the knowledge and understanding of what health and wellbeing and recovery means to them (please note at the moment most of our courses are online).

We are a partnership: Stronger by working together

We are a wellbeing and recovery college made up from a partnership of Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, voluntary and community sector organisations, public sector partners and our experts by experience across our communities in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

When you register with us (please do this by visiting our register page), we will provide you with the opportunity to discover knowledge and skills to become the expert in managing your own mental health and wellbeing.

We believe that we are all stronger by working together, in a way which values your experience as the expert on your own mental health, and living a more fulfilling life.

All of our courses are free to attend, although please note that for some courses, criteria does apply.
