Positive Parenting Courses

Raising children isn't easy and we all need a little help sometimes. Herefordshire Council offers parenting groups for parents and guardians of children and young people aged 0-16.

Our family support workers are trained to deliver the Triple P programme and the Solihull Approach

Standard Triple P for parents of 2-11 year olds. Helping you support your child effectively

Wednesday 1st October - 5th November (once a week for 6 weeks) Virtual (online)

Teen Triple P for parents for 11-16 years, helping you to support your teenager effectively
Friday 3rd October - 12th November (once a week for 6 weeks) 10am -12pm Plough Lane Offices, Hereford.

Stepping Stones for parents of 2-11 year olds with SEND, focussing on effective parenting skills and problem solving 

Wednesday 1st October - 5th November (once a week for 6 weeks) 6-8pm Virtual (online)

Fear Less Triple P for parents of 6-14 year olds, the programme aims to help parents support their children with anxiety 

Wednesday 10th Septemner - 24th September (once a week for 3 weeks) 6-8pm Virtual (online)

Solihull Parenting Group - For parents of 0+ focusing on developing nurturing relationships with your children and improving your parent-child relationship

Friday 23rd September - 28th October (once a week for 6 weeks) 9.30am -11.30am Riverside Primary School, Hereford.
