Play Therapy Herefordshire
Play Therapy is a child centred approach to therapy, where play is the primary medium of communication. Through play, children are able to express and communicate a range of emotions they might not be ready to articulate yet.
Once a therapeutic relationship has been established, Play Therapy can provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for children to explore and process issues affecting their lives, past and present.
