NAS Herefordshire (National Autistic Society)

NAS Herefordshire Branch The Office is where private conversations can take place, but we need to stress that we cannot diagnose Autism.

Made up solely of volunteers, we aim to provide help, support, awareness and acceptance for adults and children with autism and their parents, families and carers in Herefordshire.

Puzzle Pieces Please come along with your child and siblings to our Children's Group, which is  held once a month at Saxon Hall, Hoarwithy Road, Hereford. This is for children of Primary and early years ages and your child doesn't need to have a diagnosis of autism to attend.

Connections Youth Club has started and we meet up at least once a month for all different activities i.e. cinema, bowling and Quasar. This group is for all of a High School Age.

Spectrum Group 17 yrs and above is coming soon for those wanting to meet up in a social enviroment. Please keep an eye on the website.

Adult Aspie Group has also been started where we meet up for a drink at the Courtyard and discuss what they would like to do in between meetings.

We hold a Coffee and Chat group so that you can take time out for yourself and meet others in a like minded setting. These will be held once a fortnight in a relaxed and friendly environment at Debenhams Cafe in Hereford, term time only.
