Specialist Cleaning are family-run business based in Oxfordshire, but covering much of the UK, and are open to working with anyone we can help, wherever they may be.

We offer the following services, amongst others:

• - Extreme cleaning, including properties affected by excess waste accumulation and extensive grime;
• - “Crime scene’ cleaning, for homes and business affected by criminal activity;
• - Medical episode, accident and after-death cleaning;
• - Sharps handling and disposal, including needle-sweeps;
• - Mental-health (e.g. Hoarded) and void property cleaning/clearance;
• - Flood and sewage cleanup;
• - Graffiti (not including that requiring pressure-washing).

We understand how difficult it can be, firstly to start seeking help, and secondly to find an appropriate service with the time and patience to take on the particulars of this work. We pride ourselves in offering these services, and supporting individuals and their families to overcome a host of challenges, including hoarding disorder.
