Services For Independent Living

SIL provides support to enable disabled and older people to live independent lives within their own community. We support people with learning difficulties, physical impairments, mental health issues including dementia, older people and family carers. Our strength is in creating carefully structured services with people to meet their individual needs. We also provide services to support people in receipt of, or thinking about taking a Direct Payment and can assist employers with employment law advice, recruitment, payroll and bookkeeping services.
