Bookings are Now Open for the 2025 Here for Herefordshire Holidays Summer Programme!

Activities will run from 28th July - 22nd August.

There’s a fantastic range of exciting indoor and outdoor activities to choose from across the whole of Herefordshire. There will also be a healthy meal on offer at every session attended, so no need to bring a packed lunch.

Check if you’re eligible

If your child is school aged, reception to Year 11 and eligible for benefit related free school meals, they will be able to attend our different activities.  If you are not sure, please contact your child’s school to check or visit the Herefordshire Council free school meals webpage.

What you can book

You can book each child or young person up to 16 activity sessions during the school summer holidays. It's the perfect opportunity to try a selection of new activities! 

Sessions for children with SEND

There are a number of SEND specific sessions available (please explore the listings).

For all other activities, please check the individual listings and contact activity providers directly to discuss your child's needs.

Waiting list 

Please be aware that if your child's chosen activity is already fully booked, some providers may have a waiting list function. Please explore this on the individual listing.

Cancellations

If your child is unable to attend their booked activity,  please  cancel  the session using the booking system,  as places are limited.

Please note that repeated ‘no-shows’ may result in you not being able to book future sessions for your child.
