Sometimes people don’t know where to turn for help until things get really tough. That’s where Community Connectors come in! They help people find support early on, bring neighbours together, and make sure no one feels alone. It’s all about building stronger, more connected communities where help is easy to find and close to home.
Community Connectors are all about people — listening, supporting, and helping make connections that matter.
- They chat with people about what really matters to them, focusing on strengths and what’s going well.
- They help folks build confidence, stay independent, and feel more connected.
- They spot what’s missing in the community and feed this back to our development team.
Community Connectors reach across the county and can support people in their local community.
Please note: referrals will only be accepted from anyone aged over the age of 18 and living in Herefordshire.
