Support to stop smoking in pregnancy

Take your first step to a smoke free pregnancy!

Your midwife or local maternity smoking cessation support workers can help you become smoke free.

They offer FREE ongoing support, including, weekly meet ups at a venue to suit you and your family and are available for face to face or telephone contacts.  Venues where we can meet you include at your home, hospital clinic appointments and children's centres.

The service can also support your partner or household members and there is ongoing postnatal support on offer.

They also offer free vape kits alongside 1:1 behavioural support to aid quit attempts.

You are twice as likely to quit with nicotine replacement treatment and professional support.
