If you’re looking for ideas to help you and your family stay active and entertained during the Half Term, there's lots of different activities and events taking place across Herefordshire.

Monday 25 May, 1-4pm (1 hour slots)
Bounce and Play at the Bromyard Centre

  • A HUGE bouncy castle for endless fun
  • Soft mats for safe landings
  • Fun activities to keep those tiny toes moving!

£2 for under 3’s / £3 per child

Summer Reading at The Bromyard Centre

Looking for something fun, free, and educational to do over the May Half Term? Come along to The Bromyard Centre Library and dive into the joy of reading!

We’re inviting children, families, and readers of all ages to join us this Summer for a season full of free reading adventures, exciting stories, and a welcoming space to relax and explore new books. Whether you’re already a book lover or just getting started, there’s something for everyone.

Half Term Activities at Madley Environmental Centre

Find fantastic creatures in the pond and make a fabulous flapping dragonfly!

£11 per child, adults free

Saturday 23 May, 10.30am -12pm
Free Outdoor Bowling – for children aged 8-17 years old

Come along and have a go at outdoor lawn bowling with our free junior sessions running throughout the summer.
Families, including adults, are welcome to join in and play together
We'll show you the basics and play some fun games
All equipment provided
Please wear flat shoes

Community Café at Belmont Community Centre

Join us on a Tuesday 1-3pm for homemade soup, bacon rolls, welsh cakes and drinks.

Belmont Community Centre Talk Community Hub Drop in

Drop in and join us for a friendly chat, access information and advice to support your wellbeing and enjoy a cuppa on us!

Sport Games at Lady Hawkins Community Leisure Centre

Looking for affordable fun over the school holidays? Come down to Lady Hawkins Community Leisure Centre and take advantage of our selection of racket sports and team games—the perfect way to stay active, social, and entertained during the school break! Activities you can enjoy (subject to availability) include badminton, pickleball and basketball.

 

Sunday 24 May, 12-2pm
Sunday Lunch Club

Join us every Sunday at 12 midday in for a free delicious cooked lunch with friendly faces and plenty of cheer. Everyone welcome.

Thursday 28 May, 3.30pm- 5.30pm
Lego Club at Leominster Library

Join us  at Leominster Library - design amazing models and show off your creative side! Parents and carers are encouraged to join in. Everything is provided! It's FREE and there's no need to book! All children must be accompanied by a parent or carer.

Friday 29 May, 4-6pm
Table Tennis Together

Join us at The Larruperz Centre on Fridays 4:00 pm - 6:00pm
For a Free evening of Table Tennis and getting together. 

This free, weekly event aims to bring young people together with other table tennis players to enjoy social, accessible fun.
