The team works with adults who have severe mental health conditions and are at risk of losing contact with services. 

Beacon Maternal Mental Health Service

Crisis resolution team
This team provides urgent mental health support for adults in crisis, offering assessment, intervention, and stabilisation.

Eating disorders team

Urgent support 

Hereford County Hospital
Providing a range of urgent and planned healthcare services, including emergency care, inpatient treatment, and specialist medical services. The hospital also has facilities for treating mental health crises.

Mental health liaison team
Provides support for adults admitted to the Wye Valley Trust Hospital experiencing mental health crisis.
