Are you struggling with housing costs?

The Early Prevention of Homelessness Team can provide information and advice if: 

  • You are struggling to pay your rent each month
  • You are worried about the amount of rent you owe
  • You are struggling with household bills and debt
  • You are receiving letters from your landlord threatening action 

The Early Prevention of Homelessness Team are at the following 'drop-in's and can provide information and advice - no appointment needed.

If you are homeless or concerned about the possibility of losing your home imminently, seek advice as soon as you can. Visit the  Herefordshire Council website for more information.The triage service can be contacted between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday:  Call 01432 261600

If you are under 18 and homeless, please call our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team on 01432 260800 and ask to speak to the duty social worker. Please tell us if you are a care leaver.
