WOW sessions offer a friendly, welcoming space for all members of the community to enjoy spending time together, with a variety of activities and  food (all for free!).

The WOW sessions are open to all, especially anyone who is feeling the pinch.

Information and signposting will be available at WOW sessions for any additional support you may need.

WOW sessions are funded through the Household Support Fund, you can find out more information about available help on the Herefordshire Council website

Upcoming WOW events

  • Llanwarne's Old School Cafe Relaunch at Llanwarne Village Hall, HR2 8JE

Saturday 7 March 10am - 12pm
Join us for breakfast, a game of table tennis, a browse in our sharing library or simply a coffee and a chat!

  • Dandy Lions Fun Outdoor Sessions at Riverside School, HR2 7JF

Tuesday 17 March at 3pm & Thursday 19 March at 3pm
Come along after school for fun outside! Sarah, a Forest School Leader and teacher, will offer crafts and fun play outside. Children (and adults!) can toast a marshmallow, learn firelighting skills, use tools and make crafts to take away. You choose what you’d like to do and when you want to do it. If your child simply wants to play, that’s no problem.

We will also be offering baked potatoes, cooked over the fire, with a range of toppings.

A condition of the funding is that children MUST be accompanied by an adult who must stay for the whole session.

To book, please contact Riverside School
