Energy Savers Week is annual campaign aimed at supporting individuals to reduce energy use and save money on energy costs. The Energy Saving Trust have teamed up with Citizens Advice to compile a useful checklist of home heating tips, to help people stay warm and spend less. Keep Herefordshire Warm
Herefordshire residents can contact Keep Herefordshire Warm for free energy saving advice. The advice ranges from simple changes you can make, to helping you access grants for insulation or heating.
Household Support Fund
The Household Support fund offers financial support to vulnerable groups struggling with the cost of living. Our help with energy bills page contains support for Herefordshire residents who may be struggling with energy costs. Pension Credit
Anyone over State Pension age is encouraged to check their eligibility for Pension Credit as this could unlock up to £4,200 yearly plus £150 off energy bills with a warm home discount, cold weather payments and more. Find out more on the Pension Credit page.
Warm Spaces
